At Crazytha , we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- We do not accept returns for innerwear, accessories, or sale items due to hygiene reasons.
- Exchanges are only allowed for size and color issues (subject to stock availability).
2. Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate a Request: Contact us at help@crazytha.com or call +91 70707 43020 within 7 days of delivery.
- Pickup & Inspection: Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item, or you may be asked to self-ship it.
- Approval & Refund: After inspection, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Exchange: If eligible, the new item will be shipped within 3-5 business days after approval.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
- If the return is due to a defective or wrong item received, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping charges may apply.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, accessories, and discounted or clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items with visible signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
